 I was born in Hastings, New Zealand and belong to the tribe Ngati Porou. I grew up enjoying painting and drawing. As i studied the Masters y passion grew and heightened my desire in drawing. Cezanne said "Man is the Ultimate Art". Thus it is this statement that i have adopted as my philosophy. As you view my peices i hope you ponder and reflect upon the spirit of the Maori Of New Zealand of a bygone era that i hope to have liberated in my drawings. May they be a focal point of interest in your home and bring you many hours of viewing pleasure.
